LICENSE AGREEMENT

1) Agreement to License Terms. Licensee’s use of the Files constitutes Licensee’s agreement to the terms of this Agreement.

2) Grant of License. Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the .STL files (the “Files”) solely for personal,
non-commercial use. Licensee may make 3D prints using the Files, but only for personal use and not for any commercial purposes.

3) Restrictions. Licensee may not distribute or modify the Files, nor may Licensee sell 3D printed objects derived from the Files. Licensee may not use
the Files for any purpose other than as expressly permitted in this Agreement.

4) Ownership. The Files remain the property of Licensor. Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Files, including all intellectual property rights.

5) Termination. This Agreement shall terminate automatically if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Files
and destroy all copies of the Files in Licensee’s possession.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties. The Files are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages
(including but not limited to procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of
liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the Files.

7) Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Files and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications
and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the Files.

By using the Files, Licensee acknowledges that it has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
