1 Review on “Maidenhead Aquatics Gosforth”
We went in late one day just for my son to gain some information to go home to do his research on the fish and go back the next day to purchase.
5star to James who was amazing and very knowledgeable and most importantly passionate. He has many fish himself and to pass down the excitement, knowledge and care to my young son was amazing.
We returned the following day and straight away James seen us and showed great customer service yet again and we spent our money. My son also comment on how great he was with him.
We had a great conversation about our singing frogs.
We have never had a problem introducing other animals from this site, where other shop brands outside of this maidenhead aquatics company have caused an upset with introducing fish. So we have always stayed with this company and mainly this store. We have visited Ponteland store and they are also great.
Tanks are clean and animals are well looked after.
We have had great customer service in past from other staff members when we last got fish at Gosforth, so i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this Maidenhead Aquatic store at Gosforth.
Thanks again to all the staff especially James
