Cookies – like most websites we collect cookies which are primarily used to collect information about website statistics and analysis using tools such as Google Analytics. We do not use cookies to collect or record any personal information.
Personal Information – When you make a purchase or create an account some personal identifiable information such as name, address, email address and other contact information will be stored within the eCommerce system database (WooCommerce) on our server. This data is used to efficiently process order and provide updates, it is never shared or accessible to any third parties.
You have the right to view, amend or delete any of the personal information we hold. Please email your request to us with the subject ‘Privacy Enquiry’ and we will respond directly.
Shipping:
All quoted shipping rates are for mainland UK only. Some of our products are not suitable for shipping to other areas, or carry increased cost – please get in touch if you would like to enquire about shipping an item outside of this region.
Local Pickup – If you would prefer to collect an item this must be by appointment, and must be arranged prior to purchase. Please get in touch via email to discuss.
