I called your store a couple of weeks ago to enquire about food blocks for my pond, the assistant didn’t know about these and said if I was going away for two weeks the fish would be fine. So no customer training, product training or indeed sales training in maximising a sae. I visited the store this week and it was overrun by small children who were unsupervised by guardians or staff, a truly dangerous state to let happen. I told the assistant who seemed dumbfounded and did not even comment. I thought I would bring this to your attention before I publish a review on Google as people need be advised what to expect.
I have since decided to buy my pond requisites online.
