Poor animal welfare and setups. Setups are usually too small and cramped with too many animals per an enclosure. Advice has been subpar such as recommending many goldfish for small aquariums (10L) multiple times, staff are unaware of what common fishes are e.g. Geophagus.
Clearly you have no clue as they refuse gold fish unless you have a minimum of 60L 😂
